Seonhee joins Peregrine Energy as Manager of Business Analytics. Prior to joining Peregrine, she was an HR professional for over 7 years at IBM Korea where she had played a critical role, improving employee engagement, managing vendors and ensuring all the successful deliveries of HR programs. She was also involved in a number of significant global projects where she demonstrated her leadership and contributed to business transformation.

Seonhee holds a master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of Colorado Boulder, a bachelor in Business Administration from Ewha Womans University.
