The Peregrine Veteran Mentorship and Leadership Training Program, now in its second year, is a significant company investment that has already shown substantial value. Our commitment to veterans is not just a value-add business proposition, but a tangible commitment to recruiting and training veterans from all service branches and backgrounds.

Peregrine is 1 of 7 small businesses in Colorado to receive the award in 2023, and 1 of 150 in the nation.

Over 20% of Peregrine’s employees are US Military Veterans.

US Army and Army National Guard 2008-2017

Dustin served as an Infantryman with the 1st Infantry Division and 75th Ranger Regiment.

He deployed in support of the Global War on Terror multiple times, primarily to the Paktika region of Eastern Afghanistan.

Following his enlistment, Sergeant Ingram utilized the Post 9/11 GI Bill to pursue his undergraduate and graduate degrees.

United States Marine Corps 2005-2011

Corporal David Brauch served as a communications technician in the Marine Corps.

He deployed in support of the Global War on Terror to Djibouti, Africa with the 9th Provisional Security Force as a rifleman assigned to Camp Lemonnier.

Utilizing Post 9/11 GI Bill and Minnesota GI Bill, David obtained both Bachelors and Masters degrees. David is the Director of Transmission for Peregrine.

United States Marine Corps 2017-2023

Captain Jake Hitchings served as a Ground Supply Officer with 1st Battalion, 1st Marines and Marine Corps Security Force Battalion - Bangor.

He deployed in support of Marine Rotational Force - Darwin, Australia in 2019 where he conducted training with the Australian Defense Force assigned to Robertson Barracks

Today Jake is an Associate Developer with Peregrine.

United States Marine Corps 2018-2023

Captain David Rasky served as an Infantry Officer with 2d Battalion 4th Marines and the 5th Marine Regiment.

He deployed twice to Southeast Asia in support of the 13th and 31st Marine Expeditionary Units as an Independent Platoon Commander and as a Company Executive Officer.

Today, David is an Associate Developer and develops energy projects across the U.S.

United States Army 2009 - 2015

Clay received a commission as an infantry officer from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

He served with 3-21 Infantry at Fort Wainwright, AK and deployed to Panjwai, Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He later served with 2-9 Infantry at Camp Casey, Korea. He used his Post 9/11 GI Bill to pursue an MBA.

Today he leads the development team at Peregrine.

United States Army 2010 - 2022

Kevin served as an Engineer Officer for 12+ years with the 94th Heavy Construction Engineer Battalion, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, and more.

He earned his Master’s in Engineering Management while serving at Fort Leonard Wood, MO and his Master’s in Operational Studies from the US Army Command and General Staff College.

Today, Kevin is a Developer and manages project development across the US.

United States Army 2011 - 2015

Cameron served as a Combat Engineer with the 3rd Cavalry Regiment.

He deployed to Afghanistan in support of combat, host nation capability development, and reconstruction operations in Logar and Paktia Provinces.

Today he is a Senior Project Manager at Peregrine.

United States Navy 1997-2005

Phillip served as Nuclear Reactor Operator on USS T. Roosevelt aircraft carrier deploying to The Med one week after 9/11.

He used his Post 9/11 GI Bill to pursue an MBA.

Today, he is a Senior Construction Manager at Peregrine.

United States Army 2014-2024

Garrett served as an infantry officer within the 2nd and 4th Infantry Divisions, and 5th Security Forces Assistance Brigade.

He deployed to Asia in support of host nation capability development and security cooperation as a Platoon Leader and as a Team Leader.

Today, Garrett is an intern with Peregrine.
