Stephen started his career in power generation and installed, commissioned, and maintained industrial back up power systems up to 30MW for data centers, the BOP, and critical facilities.

He has 6 years experience in renewables and power generation. Prior to joining Peregrine, Stephen worked with Nextera Energy and managed the commissioning, performance testing and operational turnover of 2.2 GW/5.5GWh of energy storage including the worlds largest solar charged energy storage center at 409MW. His experience range from interconnection to operational turnover of wind, solar, and energy storage. 

Stephen has an associates in industrial technology and is currently on the last year of a BBA with project management emphasis.
