Justin Plombon

Justin brings more than 11 years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on accounting and finance in the renewable energy industry. He has a strong track record of managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting sound, strategic decision-making.

Before joining Peregrine, Justin served as Controller for the Power Generation Division at NextEra Energy, where he oversaw accounting for renewable generation and storage assets. In that role, he led a team in developing and implementing internal controls to maintain compliance for operational renewable sites and provided executive-level guidance on accounting strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Earlier in his career, Justin held finance, accounting, and budgeting roles at Duke Energy and Southern Company, supporting both regulated and non-regulated business units. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of West Florida.
