Jillian Jarvinen

Jillian Jarvinen is a human resources and talent management professional with deep experience supporting high-performance organizations across energy, financial services, trading, and technology.  Her background spans talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and people operations . She works closely with leaders to navigate organizational growth, strengthen people practices and processes, and develops practical solutions that support both business and its people. She holds a BA in Communications from Florida Atlantic University and professional certification in Human Resources from HRCI. She lives in Lake Bluff, Illinois with her family and is a proud hockey mom.
