Tania is an accounting professional with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries, including hospitality, public accounting, commercial real estate, food and beverage, entertainment, biofuels, and construction. She has led acquisition integrations, ERP implementations, and financial operations for a range of clients.

Tania is skilled in 25+ software platforms, bringing precision and adaptability to every project. She holds a Master of Professional Accounting and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology with a concentration in Criminology.

Outside of her professional life, Tania finds joy in the company of her two blue-nose pitbulls, Astro and Zoey, and her Savannah cat, Cleopatra, affectionately known as Cleo. Her Korean and Mexican heritage deeply influences her worldview, shaping the values of resilience, empathy, and cultural richness that guide both her personal and professional journey.
